WIAL VIRTUAL CALC TRAINING
We will have multiple training offering running throughout the year. Due to Covid we are offering all our training sessions Virtually. Our Master Action Learning Coach (MALC) will provide you with a very effective and impactful online virtual training session. During the training you will fully explore all the tools and possibilities of Action learning. About us
Rogier ten Kate MBA CALC
Being born and raised in The Netherlands, Rogier immigrated with his family to Canada 10 years ago and is the Affiliate owner for WIAL Canada. Rogier is an enthusiastic and experienced International Marketing and Sales professional. Rogier has lived and worked in many countries and held various Management roles with international organizations. Some of his industry experience were gained in the Automotive, IT, Financial and Education sectors. He completed his Master of Business Administration through Bradford University in the UK. He currently also works for Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario as a Program Coordinator, Professor and Global Learning Facilitator. Rogier has a great passion for developing and training people in an environment that is safe, highly engaging and interactive.
Twan Paes MBA MALC
Twan is the first MALC in the Netherlands and Affiliate owner of WIAL Netherlands. Their mission align perfectly with WIAL Canada and is to help and support companies via Action Learning to grow from the inside out, so they can reach their fullest potential. Twan is a lector (MBA) of Leadership and change-management based on Action Learning at various Business Schools in Europe.
Twan Paes MBA MALC started his career as a sports coach and later in life switched to pursue a career in the corporate world. He has worked in various organizations in different leadership and management roles. He completed his MBA in the Netherlands specializing in change management with a specific focus on effective collaboration methodologies.
